Multiple payment options are available. Tap card payments, cash, direct bank transfer, stripe, MOTO, online patient payment portal and Medipass. 

Private Health Insurance can be claimed digitally for most insurers, however, some may need to be lodged directly by the patient. 

Private Patients
(Non-referral) 

Rebates are claimable from your respective private health insurance. For further information, please contact your private health insurance provider. Services for home visits start from $105. 

Chronic Disease Management
(CDM, formally EPC)

Medicare holders may be eligible for a CDM, however, a referral from a General Practitioner is first required. This referral can allow for up to five Podiatry visits per year. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further clarification or assistance. Gap fees of $50-70 will be applied to the Medicare rebate (depending upon location).

Department of Veterans Affairs

Clients who hold a Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) White or Gold card will have all home podiatry services bulk-billed. DVA clients will, however, require a GP referral for all treatments.

Home Care Package Providers

We accept referrals from Home Care Package Providers

* Additional costs may be incurred for further travel (discussed upon booking).
